alison speaks! In November 2002 Hernán Zin, a Spanish journalist who has been coming to Kolkata for over ten years, dropped by Uddami and videotaped for several hours at the school. Hernán has generously supported us by grants through his organisation Accion por la Infancia. Hernán sent us the edited segments below. Alison talks a bit about the project and there are some nice shots of the school, our deaf students and Rabia Khatoon our senior teacher.
